Home / About
We've spent years building a place where people show up, get stronger, and stick around. The mission is simple: be a pillar of this community — emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Why we exist
When Dustin and Julie opened CrossFit Gratitude, they had a simple idea: build a gym people would still be excited to walk into a year later. Years on, that's what we are.
The programming is solid. The coaching is hands-on. The class sizes are manageable. The equipment is Rogue. But what brings people back is the room. The laughter. The cheering. The five-year-olds in the play area while their parents PR a deadlift. The teenager who deadlifts with adults at 3:30. The way you walk out feeling lighter than when you walked in — even after a heavy day.
This place is a conduit, as one of our members put it, to holistic wellbeing. We believe that. We act like it.
The team
Knowledgeable, encouraging, and on the floor every day. They scale workouts to you, fix your form, and remember your kid's name.

Runs CF Cardio with the kind of energy that makes a 45-minute conditioning piece feel like 10. Specialty: cardio, mobility, mental game.

Builds strong, confident kids. Parents will tell you she takes care with technique the way you'd hope someone would with your child.
The gym
